Easily one of the most snazzy, lively, striking & love filled days we’ve ever witnessed!! & we were the lucky team that were given the exciting task of capturing this GORGEOUS Day! BIG love & Thanks to the Amazing Newlyweds, Amy & George for allowing us this pleasure!
Since posting a few teasers from this day, we have received a ton of feedback & questions from our followers, mostly about THAT DRESS!!! Here is a snippet from a Q&A with the Bride –
What are the moments you remember most about the day?
I think the most memorable thing about the day was the over whelming feeling of love in the room. Being surrounded by all of your family and friends that love you is so beautiful. Coordinating a Portuguese/greek wedding was daunting but soo worth it in the end. Just pure joy and love.
When we photographed you at the piano, what was going through your mind?
“Please everyone stop looking at me!” Lol. I can’t believe how beautiful that picture turned out. I feel like 50 people were surrounding us. I cannot believe how beautiful it looks now. It’s just George and I. You made us feel so comfortable and it definitely shows in the photo. Ps Im so weirded out when someone takes a photo of me. The feeling of the photo is just amazing. It’s classic. Effortless.
Can you tell us the story about how you found your amazing dress? We get so much feedback about “that dress”!!
The dress!! So the dress I wore was actually the second dress I bought. I immediately hated my first dress when it came in. I thought I was just going to suck it up and wear it. I stumbled upon “Fashionably Yours” a luxury consignment store on queen west one afternoon of shoe shopping. The dress was hanging there just waiting for me to try it on. My sister in laws made me do it.. I knew if I tried it on it would be game over for dress number 1. I tried it on. Loved it. Killed my budget. Twice.
We’re absolutely elated to have been present on this sophisticated & colourful day & we hope you enjoy reliving the day through our captures!
